of <h1>Goa Reconstitutes State Level Screening Committee under GST Rules 2017, Includes New Tax Commissioners, Effective Immediately.</h1> The Government of Goa has reconstituted the State Level Screening Committee under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This action supersedes a previous notification from November 2017, except for actions already undertaken. The committee now includes the Additional Commissioner of State Tax and the Commissioner of GST from the Government of India. This notification is effective immediately, as ordered by the Under Secretary of Finance.
