of <h1>Bihar GST Act 2017: Deadline Extended for Small Businesses to File FORM GSTR-1 for April-June 2018 Quarter.</h1> The Bihar Government, under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has extended the deadline for registered persons with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees to furnish details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1. These individuals must report their transactions for the quarter of April to June 2018 by July 31, 2018. This extension applies to the procedures under sections 38(2) and 39(1) of the Act, with further details to be published in the Official Gazette. This notification is effective from March 28, 2018, as ordered by the Governor of Bihar.
