of <h1>Jharkhand Extends GST Notification Deadlines from March 31, 2018, to June 30, 2018, Effective March 23, 2018.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand has amended Notification No. 8/2017 - State Tax (Rate) and Notification No. 38/2017 - State Tax (Rate) under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the deadline from '31st day of March, 2018' to '30th day of June, 2018.' This amendment, made in the public interest on the recommendation of the Council, is effective from 23rd March 2018. The order was issued by the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Commissioner of the Commercial Taxes Department.
