of <h1>Jharkhand State Government Implements GST Act Provisions from Notification No. 12/2018 Effective April 1, 2018.</h1> The Jharkhand State Government, under the powers granted by the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has designated April 1, 2018, as the effective date for the implementation of specific provisions of sub-rules (ii) [excluding clause (7)], (iii), (iv), (v), (vi), and (vii) of rule 2 from Notification No. 12/2018 - State Tax. This notification, issued on March 30, 2018, and published in the Jharkhand Gazette, is retroactively effective from March 23, 2018. The order was issued by the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Commissioner on behalf of the Governor of Jharkhand.
