These provisions include serial numbers 2(ii) (excluding 2(ii)(7)), (iii), (iv), (v), (vi), and (vii) from the department's notification dated March 7, 2018. This action is taken under the authority granted by Section 164 of the Act. The notification is issued by the Commercial Tax Department in Bhopal, under the direction of the Deputy Secretary, in the name of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
