of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Cancels 2018 State Tax Notification Under GST Act, Effective March 22, 2018, Following Council Advice.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh has rescinded Notification No. 6/2018-State Tax, dated January 30, 2018, under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This action, effective from March 22, 2018, is based on the recommendations of the Council and excludes actions taken or omitted prior to the rescission. The order was issued by the Principal Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department.
