of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Amends GST Notification: Date Changed from January 20, 2018, to January 22, 2018, per Section 168.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Department of Tax and Excise, has amended Notification No. 32/2017-State Tax dated September 20, 2017. Under the powers granted by section 168 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the corresponding rules, the amendment changes the date in the notification's table. Specifically, the date '20th January, 2018' is replaced with '22nd January, 2018' against serial number 5 in column (3). This amendment is issued by the Secretary of Tax and Excise, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
