of <h1>Goa Waives Late Fee for Delayed GSTR-6 Filing u/s 128, Capping at Rs. 25 Per Day.</h1> The Government of Goa, exercising its authority under Section 128 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has waived the late fee for registered persons who fail to file the return in FORM GSTR-6 by the due date. This waiver applies to any late fee amount exceeding twenty-five rupees per day. This decision was made following the recommendations of the Council and is officially ordered by the Under Secretary of Finance, effective from January 31, 2018.
