of <h1>Mizoram Amends GST Notification: Services by Overseeing Committee Members to RBI Now Included in State Tax Rates.</h1> The Government of Mizoram has issued Notification No. 33/2017, amending Notification No. 13/2017-State Tax (Rate) under the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from November 17, 2017, adds a new entry to the existing table. It specifies that the supply of services by members of the Overseeing Committee to the Reserve Bank of India is now included under the state tax rate provisions. This change is made based on the recommendations of the Council and is authorized by the Governor of Mizoram.
