of <h1>Delhi Govt Rescinds Notification No. 74/2017 u/s 164 of GST Act, Effective February 2, 2018.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through the Finance (Revenue-1) Department, has issued Notification No. 11/2018, dated March 1, 2018. This notification rescinds Notification No. 74/2017 - State Tax, dated January 31, 2018, under the authority granted by Section 164 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The rescission is effective from February 2, 2018, and does not affect actions taken or omitted before this date. The order is issued by the Deputy Secretary of Finance on behalf of the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.
