of <h1>Maharashtra extends FORM GSTR-3B filing deadline for December 2017 to January 22, 2018, per section 168 MGST Act.</h1> The Government of Maharashtra, through the Commissioner of State Tax, has amended a previous notification to extend the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-3B for December 2017. Originally set for January 20, 2018, the new deadline is now January 22, 2018. This change is made under the authority granted by section 168 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and follows recommendations from the GST Council. The amendment modifies the notification published on September 18, 2017, in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
