of <h1>Zarthoshti Anjuman Atash Beheram Fund Recognized for Tax Deduction Eligibility Under Section 80G of Income-tax Act.</h1> The Central Government, under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, has officially recognized the Zarthoshti Anjuman Atash Beheram Fund in Bombay. This notification, dated July 9, 1993, identifies the fund as a place of public worship or renown within the State of Maharashtra for the purposes of section 80G. This designation allows contributions to the fund to be eligible for tax deductions under the specified section of the Income-tax Act.
