of <h1>Telangana extends FORM GST TRAN-1 submission deadline to 30th Nov 2017 u/r 117 and Section 168.</h1> The Government of Telangana's Commercial Taxes Department has issued Notification No. 28/2017, extending the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 to 30th November 2017. This extension is enacted under the authority of Rule 117 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and Section 168 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification supersedes the previous Notification No. 18/2017 dated 26th September 2017, based on the recommendations of the Council.
