of <h1>Telangana Forms State Level Anti-Profiteering Committee Under GST Rules; Key Officials Appointed for Rule 128(2) Compliance.</h1> The Government of Telangana has established a State Level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The committee comprises two members: the Commissioner of Medchal GST Commissionerate, nominated by the Chief Commissioner of GST, Central Excise and Customs, Hyderabad Zone, and the Additional Commissioner (State Tax), nominated by the Commissioner of State Tax, Hyderabad. The committee is tasked with performing functions as outlined in sub-rule (2) of rule 128 of the GST Rules. The Commissioner of State Tax, Telangana State, Hyderabad, is responsible for implementing this directive.
