of <h1>Telangana Forms State Authority for Advance Ruling u/s 96 of GST Act, 2017 with New Appointments.</h1> The Government of Telangana, exercising its powers under the Telangana Goods and Services Act, 2017, has constituted the Telangana State Authority for Advance Ruling. This authority is established under section 96 of the Act and rule 103 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The appointed members are a Joint Commissioner and an Additional Commissioner, both nominated by relevant state tax authorities. The Commissioner of State Tax in Hyderabad is instructed to take necessary actions to implement this order.
