of <h1>Telangana Amends GST Notification to Update Tax Rates on Fishing Nets and Fabrics, Effective November 15, 2017.</h1> The Government of Telangana has issued an amendment to Notification No. 5/2017 - State Tax (Rate), dated 30th June 2017, under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from 15th November 2017, modifies the entries in the notification's table. Specifically, it replaces the entries for serial number 6A with new entries for knotted netting of twine, cordage or rope, made-up fishing nets, corduroy fabrics, and narrow woven fabrics, excluding certain types. The amendment follows recommendations from the Council and is published under Notification No. 44/2017 - State Tax (Rate).
