of <h1>Punjab Amends Serial Numbers 5 and 6 of 2017 GST Notification u/s 164; Changes Effective Upon Gazette Publication.</h1> The Government of Punjab, through the Department of Excise and Taxation, has issued a notification amending serial numbers 5 and 6 of a previous notification dated December 29, 2017, under the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. These amendments, authorized by Section 164 of the Act, will take effect on a date specified by the government in the Official Gazette. The notification was issued by the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner (Taxation) of Punjab.
