of <h1>Assam Extends Deadline for GST ITC-01 Submission to October 31 for Eligibility in July-September 2017.</h1> The Government of Assam, through the Commissioner of State Tax, has issued Notification No. 14/2017-GST, extending the deadline for registered persons to submit FORM GST ITC-01. This extension applies to those who became eligible for input tax credit under Section 18(1) of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, during July, August, and September 2017. The new deadline for submission is set for October 31, 2017.
