of <h1>Uttarakhand waives late fees for delayed GSTR-1 filings u/s 128; relief for taxpayers with no supplies.</h1> The Government of Uttarakhand has issued a notification waiving late fees for registered persons who fail to submit details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 by the due date. This waiver applies to fees exceeding twenty-five rupees per day of delay. In cases where there are no outward supplies for a month or quarter, the late fee exceeding ten rupees per day is waived. This decision, made under section 128 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, aims to serve the public interest.
