of <h1>BOB Mutual Fund designated as public sector bank mutual fund under clause (23D) of section 10, Income-tax Act, 1961.</h1> The Central Government, under the powers granted by clause (23D) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, specifies BOB Mutual Fund, established by the Bank of Baroda, as a public sector bank mutual fund. This designation is in accordance with the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970. The notification, identified as S.O.122(E) and dated February 24, 1993, was issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of India.
