NI-2-1359 Effective February 1, 2018, per Section 164 Authority.</h1> The Governor of Uttar Pradesh has designated February 1, 2018, as the effective date for the implementation of the provisions listed under serial numbers 10 and 11 of notification No. KA. NI-2-1359/XI-9(42)/17-U.P. GST Rules 2017-Order-(45)-2017. This decision is made under the authority granted by section 164 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, in conjunction with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904. The notification was issued on January 30, 2018, in Lucknow.
