of <h1>Tamil Nadu Delays e-Way Bill Implementation Under GST Rules, 2017; Effective February 2, 2018, Per Section 164.</h1> The Commercial Taxes and Registration Department of Tamil Nadu has postponed the implementation of the e-Way Bill provisions under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (GST) Rules, 2017. This decision, authorized by the Governor of Tamil Nadu under section 164 of the Tamil Nadu GST Act, 2017, rescinds the earlier notification published on December 29, 2017. The rescission is effective from February 2, 2018, and does not affect actions taken prior to this date. The notification was issued by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government.
