of <h1>Meghalaya Extends Deadline for GST FORM CMP-01 Filing to August 16, 2017, u/r 3(1) and Section 168.</h1> The Government of Meghalaya has extended the deadline for filing an intimation in FORM GST CMP-01 under Rule 3(1) of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension is granted under the authority of Section 168 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline for submission is set to 16th August 2017. This notification is issued by the Excise, Registration, Taxation, and Stamps Department, as announced by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya.
