of <h1>Telangana extends FORM GSTR-5A return deadline for online service providers to December 15, 2017, per Notification No. 36/2017.</h1> The Government of Telangana's Commercial Taxes Department issued Notification No. 36/2017, extending the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR-5A returns for July to October 2017. This extension applies to individuals supplying online information and database access or retrieval services from outside India to non-taxable online recipients, as outlined in the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline is set for December 15, 2017. This notification supersedes the earlier notification No. 20/2017-State Tax, effective from November 15, 2017.
