of <h1>Punjab Amends GST Notification to Include Services by Overseeing Committee Members to RBI u/s 9.</h1> The Government of Punjab has amended Notification No. S.O. 35/P.A.5/2017/S.9/2017, dated June 30, 2017, under the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective November 1, 2017, this amendment adds a new entry to the existing notification. The new entry, numbered 10, specifies that services provided by members of the Overseeing Committee to the Reserve Bank of India are included. This amendment was made under the authority of the Governor of Punjab, following the Council's recommendations. The notification was issued by the Department of Excise and Taxation, Government of Punjab.
