of <h1>India Extends GSTR-3B Filing Deadline for December 2017 to January 22, 2018, per Notification No. 02/2018.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 02/2018 - Central Tax, dated January 20, 2018, extending the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-3B for December 2017. The new deadline is set for January 22, 2018, replacing the previous date of January 20, 2018. This amendment is made under the authority of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following recommendations from the GST Council. The notification modifies an earlier notification, No. 35/2017, published on September 15, 2017.
