of <h1>Amendment Limits Annual 'Appreciation Certificates' to 45, with Presidential Exception Allowing up to 50 in Special Cases.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs, issued Notification No. 07/2018 on January 19, 2018, amending a previous notification from November 5, 1962. The amendment modifies Paragraph 4 to state that the number of 'Appreciation Certificates' awarded annually shall not exceed forty-five. However, if the President deems there are special circumstances in a given year, the number of certificates may increase to a maximum of fifty.
