of <h1>Kerala GST Dept extends GSTR-4 filing deadline for composition suppliers to November 15, 2017, u/s 39(6).</h1> The Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Department has extended the deadline for composition suppliers to submit their GSTR-4 returns for the quarter of July to September 2017. Initially due earlier, the new deadline is set for November 15, 2017. This extension is enacted under the authority granted by the Kerala Goods and Services Ordinance, 2017, specifically under sub-section (6) of section 39, in conjunction with section 168 and rule 62 of the Kerala Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
