of <h1>Correction Issued for Himachal Pradesh GST Notification: Twelfth Amendment Changed to Tenth Amendment Rules 2017.</h1> In the Department Notification No. 55/2017-State Tax, published on 15th November 2017 in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh, an error was identified. The notification incorrectly referred to the 'Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Twelfth Amendment) Rules, 2017.' This has been corrected to 'Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Tenth Amendment) Rules, 2017.' The corrigendum was issued by the Additional Chief Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department, Government of Himachal Pradesh, on 29th November 2017.
