of <h1>Himachal Pradesh GST Rules Amended: Deadline Extensions for Compliance and Export Details Submission in Rules 24, 45, 96, 96A.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Thirteenth Amendment) Rules, 2017, effective upon publication, amend the 2017 GST Rules. Rule 24 extends the deadline for compliance from October 31, 2017, to December 31, 2017. Rule 45 allows the Commissioner to extend deadlines for submitting quarterly returns. Rule 96 and 96A introduce provisions for electronically transmitting export details in FORM GSTR-1, which will be auto-drafted if the deadline for outward supplies is extended. These changes are enacted under the authority of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
