of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Establishes Authority for Advance Ruling under GST Act 2017; Includes State and Central Tax Officers.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh, through its Excise and Taxation Department, has issued a notification under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and corresponding rules to establish the Authority for Advance Ruling. This authority will comprise two officers: the Joint Commissioner of State Tax, Himachal Pradesh, and the Joint Commissioner, CGST. The notification will become effective upon its publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
