of <h1>Himachal Pradesh GST: Special GSTR-1 Submission Deadlines for Small Businesses with Turnover Under 1.5 Crore Announced.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh, under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification for registered persons with an aggregate turnover of less than 1.5 crore rupees in the preceding or current financial year. These individuals are required to follow a special procedure for submitting details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1. The deadlines for submission are specified as follows: for July-September 2017 by December 31, 2017; for October-December 2017 by February 15, 2018; and for January-March 2018 by April 30, 2018. Further extensions will be announced in the Official Gazette.
