of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Sets GSTR-3B Filing Deadlines for Jan-Mar 2018 Under Notification No. 56/2017-State Tax.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh, through its Excise and Taxation Department, issued Notification No. 56/2017-State Tax, specifying the deadlines for filing GSTR-3B returns under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The returns for January, February, and March 2018 must be filed by February 20, March 20, and April 20, 2018, respectively. Registered individuals must settle their tax liabilities, including tax, interest, penalties, and fees, by debiting their electronic cash or credit ledgers by the specified deadlines. This notification was issued by the Additional Chief Secretary (E&T) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
