of <h1>Deadline Extended for FORM GST ITC-04 Submissions: New Date is November 30, 2017, u/s 168 and Rule 45(3.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04 declarations. This extension applies to goods dispatched to or received from a job worker, or transferred between job workers during the quarter from July to September 2017. The new deadline for these declarations is now set for November 30, 2017. This decision was made under the authority of section 168 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the associated rules, with the approval of the Board.
