of <h1>Uttar Pradesh GST Act Amended: Govt Can Supply Used Vehicles, Goods, Scrap to Registered Persons Retroactively from 2017.</h1> The notification amends a previous order under the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. It introduces a new entry after serial number 5 in the notification dated June 30, 2017. The amendment specifies that used vehicles, seized and confiscated goods, old and used goods, waste, and scrap from any chapter can be supplied by the Central Government, State Government, Union territory, or a local authority to any registered person. This amendment is effective retroactively from October 13, 2017.
