of <h1>Himachal Pradesh extends FORM GSTR-5A deadline for July-Sept 2017 to Nov 20 for online service providers.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department has extended the deadline for submitting returns in FORM GSTR-5A for July, August, and September 2017. This applies to providers of online information and database access or retrieval services from outside India to non-taxable online recipients, as per the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline is set for November 20, 2017. This notification, issued by the Commissioner under relevant sections of the Act, is effective from September 15, 2017.
