of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Amends GST Notification to Include Services by Overseeing Committee Members to RBI u/s 9(3.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh has issued Notification No. 33/2017-State Tax (Rate) amending Notification No. 13/2017-State Tax (Rate) under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from November 15, 2017, the amendment introduces a new entry in the notification's table. It specifies that the supply of services by members of the Overseeing Committee to the Reserve Bank of India is now included. This amendment is enacted under the authority granted by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Act, following recommendations from the Council.
