This approval, granted by the Ministry of Environment and Forests, is valid for three years starting from January 1, 1992. The Committee must maintain separate accounts for donations received for these activities and submit annual reports and accounts to the prescribed authority and the concerned Commissioner of Income-tax by June 30 each year. Approval can be withdrawn if the prescribed authority's conditions are not met.
