of <h1>Goa GST Notification Amended: New Entry for Raw Cotton Transactions Between Agriculturists and Registered Persons Effective Nov 15, 2017.</h1> The Government of Goa has amended its notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(4/2017-Rate) dated June 30, 2017, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from November 15, 2017, the amendment introduces a new entry in the table of the original notification. This addition, labeled as serial number 4A, pertains to raw cotton, specifying that it involves transactions between agriculturists and any registered person. The changes were made following recommendations from the Council and are issued under the authority of the Governor of Goa.
