of <h1>Goa GST Rules Amended: Deadlines Extended, Export Info Provisions Added in Rules 24, 45, 96, and 96A.</h1> The Goa Goods and Services Tax (Eleventh Amendment) Rules, 2017, effective from October 28, 2017, introduce several changes to the Goa GST Rules, 2017. Rule 24 extends the deadline for certain actions from October 31, 2017, to December 31, 2017. Rule 45 allows for extensions of time limits by the Commissioner through notification. Rules 96 and 96A add provisions for furnishing export-related information in FORM GSTR-1 after filing FORM GSTR-3B, with automatic drafting of this information in FORM GSTR-1 for the relevant tax period. These amendments are authorized by the Government of Goa.
