of <h1>Goa waives late fees for August and September 2017 GSTR-3B returns u/s 128 of GST Act.</h1> The Government of Goa, under the authority of section 128 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification waiving the late fee for registered individuals who did not file their GSTR-3B returns for August and September 2017 by the deadline. This decision follows the recommendations of the Council and applies to the late fees stipulated under section 47 of the Act. The notification was issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control Division, on November 8, 2017, and was authorized by the Under Secretary of Finance.
