of <h1>Goa GST Rules Amended: Rule 89 and Rule 96A Updated for Refunds and Extensions, FORM GST RFD-01 Revised.</h1> The Government of Goa issued the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Tenth Amendment) Rules, 2017, effective from October 18, 2017. Amendments include changes to rule 89, allowing either the recipient or supplier of deemed export supplies to file refund applications, provided certain conditions are met. Rule 96A is modified to extend the period allowed by the Commissioner. Changes to FORM GST RFD-01 involve the substitution of 'Statement-2' and 'Statement-4,' detailing refund types related to exports of services and supplies to SEZ units or developers, respectively. The notification is issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control Division, Goa.
