of <h1>Goa Government Extends GST Notification Deadline from October 31 to November 30, 2017, u/s 168 and Rule 40.</h1> The Government of Goa, through the Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has amended Notification No. CCT/26-2/2017-18/17 dated October 13, 2017, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the deadline mentioned in the original notification from October 31, 2017, to November 30, 2017. This adjustment is made in accordance with Section 168 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and Clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 40 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
