of <h1>Goa GST Act Officers Designated for Refund Processing u/ss 54 and 55, Effective from October 2017.</h1> The Government of Goa, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has designated officers appointed under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, as the proper officers for processing refund sanctions under sections 54 and 55 of the Goa GST Act. These officers will handle refund applications from registered persons within their jurisdiction. This notification is effective retroactively from October 13, 2017, and was issued by the Additional Secretary (Finance) in the name of the Governor of Goa.
