of <h1>Goa Amends GST Notification: New Rule for Supply of Used Vehicles and Confiscated Goods by Government Entities Effective October 2017.</h1> The Government of Goa has amended its notification dated June 30, 2017, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment introduces a new entry after Serial No. 5, concerning the supply of used vehicles, seized and confiscated goods, old and used goods, and waste and scrap. These goods, supplied by the Central Government, State Government, Union territory, or a local authority, are to be received by any registered person. This amendment is effective from October 13, 2017, as per the order issued by the Additional Secretary of Finance.
