The Commissioner, following the Council's recommendations, mandates electronic submission of these returns via the common portal. The deadlines are set as follows: for January 2018 by 20th February 2018, February 2018 by 20th March 2018, and March 2018 by 20th April 2018. Registered persons must settle their tax liabilities by debiting the electronic cash or credit ledger by the respective deadlines.
