Specific goods such as certain food items, textile products, and machinery have been reclassified, with some entries being omitted and others added. The definition of 'registered brand name' has also been revised to include brands registered under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, or any equivalent law in other countries.
