of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Extends GST Deadline from November 30 to December 31, 2017, per Section 168, Rule 45(3) Amendment.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh, through its Department of Tax and Excise, issued Notification No. 59/2017-State Tax on November 16, 2017. This notification amends a previous notification (No. 50/2017-State Tax) dated November 13, 2017, under the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the deadline mentioned in the original notification from 'the 30th day of November, 2017' to 'the 31st day of December, 2017.' This change is made in accordance with section 168 of the Act and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Arunachal Pradesh GST Rules, 2017.
