Commencement of sections 188 to 194 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code brings those provisions into force on notified date. The Central Government, under the proviso to sub section (3) of section 1 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, notifies a date as the day on which sections 188 to 194 of the Code shall come into force, thereby commencing those provisions by statutory notification.
