Under the authority of section 168 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and relevant rules, the amendment changes the deadline mentioned in the original notification from October 31, 2017, to November 30, 2017. This adjustment is formalized under Notification No. 49/2017-State Tax, dated November 13, 2017, by the Department of Tax & Excise, Itanagar.
